My first experience with OANDA left me thoroughly frustrated, and I'm still boiling mad about it. While it might cater to experienced traders, it's undoubtedly not a welcoming place for newcomers like me. It feels as if the company pays little to no heed to its customers' needs and preferences. First and foremost, there are no enticing bonuses to sweeten the deal, and the absence of cryptocurrencies on the platform is a glaring omission in today's trading landscape. The leverage, capped at 1:50, raises the question of how much capital one needs to amass in their account to generate substantial profits. Furthermore, the lack of cent accounts makes it challenging for beginners to manage their risk effectively. Frankly, I'm still perplexed by the accolades showered upon this broker. From my perspective, it's more of a "nothing burger." While it might have its merits for seasoned traders, it falls short in many aspects when it comes to accommodating the needs and preferences of traders who are just starting in the world of financial markets.
